Rose Espinoza has been a successful mayor in La Habra and a community leader within Orange County for years.  She is now ready to serve as one of our county supervisors.

Whether it was starting a nonprofit organization (Rosie's Garage) that helps care for low income children after school, serving as a member on the Board of Trustees for St. Jude Hospital, or working together with La Habra Neighborhood Housing Services Advisory Committee, Rose continually proves that an "ordinary" wife and mother can choose a life of extraordinary service.

The Fourth Supervisorial District consists of the cities of Buena Park, Fullerton, La Habra, Placentia, as well as the portions of the city of Anaheim outside of Anaheim Hills. A county supervisor listens to the needs of these residents and businesses, develops budgets that balance necessary services with fiscal responsibility, and fights for the advancement and improvement of the lives of everyone in the county.
